Do you have the capacity to meet our requirements?
We have an installed capacity of 1700 tons, which we are now increasing to 2500 tons, which lets us meet most customer requirements. We are also constantly upgrading our capacity to keep up with the growth in demand.

I need some designs Midas does not carry in specific sizes and lengths?
We can make designs you require in 2 months time, as per your requirement. We will send you the materials in the exact length you require so there is no wastage on your part

How long does it take to send the goods?
Typically we ship the material within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of receiving your order. However, if you are a regular customer we can keep stock in anticipation of your requirements.

How long is the tread?
The tread can be supplied in any length desired, up to 10.5 meters. We may not have all our designs in 10.5 meters, however we can get that for you on request.

What is the minimum order?
You can order any amount you want, but it will be more economical to take in a full container as the per kg freight costs will be significantly less.

How much material will fit in a container?
12,000 kg of palletised material and 18000 kg of unpalletised material typically fit in a 20 foot container. Twice that will fit in a 40 foot container.

Is the material buffed and solution backed?
All shipments to Europe, South America, North America, Australia and South East Asia are buffed and solution backed. This can be changed as per your requirement. In India, Africa and the Middle East material is usually sent only buffed, but we can send it to you with solution backing if you require.

Do you supply Orbi Tread and Compound?
Yes we can supply orbi tread in the desired dimensions and compound in sheet form. We carry compound for truck and car tyre retreading
